The 2010 May Fayre was held to raise funds for refurbishment of the derelict Village pump and the Pumphouse which houses it. Thanks to the excellent input of many Village people, the Fayre was a great success and raised £1,824. After expenses of £79 were taken, a profit of £1,745 was put towards the pump and Pumphouse refurbishment.
