P08/09.73 Minutes. RESOLVED: That the Chairman of the Committee is authorised to sign the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee held on 09/09/08.

74.1Link to Rother Planning website RR/2646/CC Sedlescombe C of E School, Gammons Way, Sedlescombe. Single mobile classroom in playground. Cllr Wright reported on her inspection. RESOLVED: That the Parish Council supports approval.
74.2Link to Rother Planning website RR/2008/2519/P Chittlebirch Oast, Cripps Corner TN32 5SA. Extension. Cllr Wheatley reported on her inspection. RESOLVED: That the Parish Council supports approval.
74.3 RR/2008/2661/P Poppinghole Lane, Overhead line at. Reconductor existing low voltage overhead line. RESOLVED: That the Parish Council supports approval but asks that wooden rather than aluminium poles are used if replacements are required.

  3. Report dated 11/01/07 from East Sussex County Council.
  4. Draft letter dated 23/09/08 from Sedlescombe Parish Council to the South East Regional Assembly - for amendment/approval by the Planning Committee.

RESOLVED: That the draft letter from Sedlescombe Parish Council dated 23/09/08 to the South East Regional Assembly, with copies to the County Council and District Planning Officer, is approved.
