| SP09/10.1 | To elect a Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing year | ||
| SP09/10.2 | To co-opt members of the Sedlescombe Sports Association to the Committee. | ||
| SP09/10.3 | Apologies and reasons for absence. | ||
| SP09/10.4 | To receive any disclosure by Members of personal interests in matters on the agenda, the nature of any interest and whether the member regards the interest as prejudicial under the terms of the Code of Conduct. Members are reminded of the need to repeat their declaration immediately prior to the commencement of the item in question. | ||
| At the Chairman's discretion, prejudiced members will be invited to make representation, answer questions or give evidence to the Committee on agenda items after which they must leave the room if members of the public want to speak on the same subject. | |||
