100.1	RR/2009/2908/P Eastlands, Sandrock Hill, Sedlescombe TN33 0QR. Proposed single storey extension to add a new bedroom, bathroom and living room to existing bungalow. Cllr Martin reported on his inspection. RESOLVED: That the Parish Council supports approval of this modest extension in accordance with Policies HG8 and 9 of the Rother Local Plan. It will be in keeping with the character of the existing dwelling and will not be intrusive in the landscape.
