YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO ATTEND THE MEETING OF THE HERITAGE COMMITTEE OF SEDLESCOMBE PARISH COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY 22 JUNE IN COMMITTEE ROOM 2 OF THE VILLAGE HALL AT 19:00 - please try to arrive promptly as a contractor will be invited to address the committee at 19:00

Terms of Reference
- To approve design of fencing around pump and to accept quotation.
- To approve work to the Pumphouse and accept quotation.
- To oversee the proposed work to the pump and pumphouse.

| H10/11.1 | To elect the Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing year. | ||
| H10/11.2 | To receive apologies and reasons for absence. | ||
| H10/11.3 | Interests. To receive disclosures of personal and prejudicial interests from Councillors on matters to be considered at the meeting in accordance with the adopted Code of Conduct 2007. The disclosure must include the nature of the interest. If you become aware, during the course of a meeting, of an interest that has not been disclosed under this item you must immediately disclose it. You may remain in the meeting and take part fully in discussion and voting unless the interest is prejudicial.
A personal interest is prejudicial if a member of the public with knowledge of the relevant facts would reasonably regard it as so significant that it is likely to prejudice your judgement of the public interest and it relates to a financial or regulatory matter.
Members are reminded to repeat the declarations when the items are announced by the Chairman. |

Chairman to ask prejudiced members whether they wish to make representation, answer questions or give evidence to the Committee with regard to items on the agenda. At the Chairman's discretion, members will be allowed to make their representations etc. at the beginning of the appropriate agenda item and to leave the meeting during the representations made by the public and the deliberations of the Committee. | ||

| 7.4 | Railings. To meet the two contractors who submitted quotations for removal of the old railings and installation of replacements.
To accept one of the quotations. |

| 7.5 | Lead outer pump casings. To note current position. NB Approval of the quotation provided by RPJ Leadwork was authorised at C10/11.20.4.1. | ||
