Brede Lane Car Park. Sedlescombe Parish Council has a licence from Rother District Council to carry out maintenance of trees and grass at the car park.
The Parish Council employs contractors to undertake the mowing.
The Parish Council owns the "Welcome to Sedlescombe" board on the wall of the public conveniences and a dog bin on the grass in the centre of the car park (licensed by Rother District Council). The public conveniences are the responsibility of Rother District Council.
All other grass verges (but not the Green or playgrounds) are the responsibility of East Sussex County Council 01424 220022.
