Joined the Parish Council in May 2011 and became Chairman of the Planning Committee on 08/05/12. When John first came to Sedlescombe in 2004, he built himself and family a new house in Hurst Lane. He has been involved in work for the Great Ormond Street Hospital via his involvement with the Masonic lodges and supports several other charities. He is passionate about the countryside and its well being and likes walking, fishing and gardening.
For several years before joining the Council, he was a co-opted member of the Sedlescombe Emergency Group.
