P06/07.46 MATTERS RAISED AT PREVIOUS MEETINGS
46.1 Spilstead Airstrip. Mr Fifield, Enforcement Officer, had written to say that, because he had not heard from Mr Cole, it appeared that the meeting would not be held at the present time. He asked that complaints regarding take-offs contrary to the protocol should be forwarded as soon as possible to enable the incident to be more easily investigate.
46.2 Brickwall Hotel signs. Rother District Council was still waiting for a reply from Mr Pollio. The Clerk had been told by a East Sussex County Council Engineer that the Highways Agency is currently much stricter about having 40,000 visitors a year before a brown sign is approved. Bypassed villages such as Robertsbridge have been approved in the past. The Highways Agency proposes removal of brown signs where the tourist site does not attract enough visitors.
46.3 Homestall new property. A fence was shown on the approved plans.
P06/07.47 PLANNING APPLICATIONS
47.1 RR/2006/2280/P Hurst House - land at, Hurst Lane, Sedlescombe. Change of use of land to a mixed use of agriculture and the keeping of horses, the erection of a stable block and landscaping works. Cllr Cameron reported on his inspection. It was RESOLVED: That the Parish Council supports an approval.
47.2 RR/2006/2238/P 10 Park Shaw, Sedlescombe. To extend back and side fence around the side of the bungalow to enclose kitchen door and window for safety, security and privacy (so it would be level with front of property with a gate, no more than 6ft high, to enclose bathroom window as well).
