P06/07.52 REPORT ON MATTERS RAISED AT PREVIOUS MEETINGS
52.1 New bungalow in Gregory Walk. The Clerk reported receipt of a message concerning an Estate Agent's literature which states that, in connection with the new bungalow, there is scope for use of the large loft space (subject to local authority approval) and for a single garage. The correspondent was concerned that further development would be allowed in what he considered to be an overdeveloped area within the conservation area. The Clerk had replied confirming that the planning approval on RR/2006/148/P specifically states no windows and rooflights, nor extensions, nor garages, car ports or other structures and that Rother does, therefore, appear to have covered these concerns.
52.2 Brickwall Hotel. Cllr Rand reported that he would report to the next meeting regarding the Brickwall Hotel advertising boards.
