P07/08.2 Chairman. It was moved by Cllr Cameron, seconded by Cllr Mrs Wright and RESOLVED: That Cllr Martin be Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing year.

P07/08.3 Dates and times of meetings. RESOLVED: That meetings of the Planning Committee will be arranged by the Clerk on Tuesday evenings whenever it is necessary to consider Sedlescombe Planning applications . Starting times to be 19:45 whenever possible.
