C07/08.58 Minutes. RESOLVED: That the Council authorises the Chairman to sign the Minutes of the Meeting of the Council held on 11/09/07.
C07/08.59 Casual Vacancy on Sedlescombe Parish Council. The 14-day period for ten electors to ask Rother for an election expired on 22/10/07 with no request being received. The post now has to be filled by the Parish Council by 27/12/07. Members considered the method to be adopted for filling the vacancy and RESOLVED: To advertise the vacancy asking applicants to submit a letter to the Council for consideration. Any letters received will be considered at the next meeting of the Council on 13/11/07.
