NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF PLAN PROPOSAL
SEDLESCOMBE NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN 2014-2028
Regulation 16 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012
Sedlescombe Parish Council, as the qualifying body, has prepared a Neighbourhood Plan for its parish. The Plan proposes a vision for the parish and a number of planning policies to be used in the determination of planning applications locally.
Copies of the Sedlescombe Neighbourhood Plan and supporting documents will be available for public inspection for seven weeks commencing on the 19th August 2014 and ending on the 7th October 2014.
The Plan and the accompanying documents can be viewed on the District Council’s website by using the following link: http://www.rother.gov.uk/neighbourhoodplans. They will also be available for public inspection at the following deposit points:
Rother District Council Town Hall, Town Hall Square, Bexhill-on-Sea, TN39 3JX
8.30am – 5.00pm Mon, Tues, Thurs, Wed 9.30am – 5.00pm & Friday 8.30-4.30pm
Battle Community Help Point, 6 Market Square, Battle, TN33 0XB
8.30am – 4.30pm Mon, Tues, Thurs & Friday. Wed 10.00am – 4.30pm
Rye Community Help Point, 30a High Street, Rye, TN31 7JG
9.00am – 5.30pm, Mon, Tues, Thurs, Wed 10.30am – 5.30pm & Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm
Any person or organisation may comment on the Plan or supporting documents.
Representations must be submitted using the proper form which can be downloaded from the Council’s website (via the link above) or obtained at the deposit points (listed above). Representations may be made by email to email@example.com or by post to the: Service Manager – Strategy and Planning, Consultation on Submission Draft Sedlescombe Neighbourhood Plan, Rother District Council, Town Hall, Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX.
All representations must be received by the Council no later than 4.30pm on 7th October 2014. Any submissions received after this deadline cannot be considered.
Please note that all representations will be publicly available and will be forwarded for consideration by the person appointed to carry out an examination of the Plan.
Anyone making a representation may request to be notified of the Council’s decision to ‘make’ the Sedlescombe Neighbourhood Plan by ticking the relevant box on the representation form.
