Erection of two-storey extension

Parish Council comments that the proposed extension is rather large and will bring the dwelling close to a dwelling at the rear in Meadow Lane.

APPROVED BY ROTHER DC [Rother states “The comments of the Parish council are noted but the extension is not considered to be overly large and is in proportion with the existing terrace.  While the side elevation does move closer to Willow Dene and Chandlea in Meadow Lane, there is still a gap of some 13m and being located to the north east the extension will not result in any loss of light or overshadowing…”]  NB windows have been deleted from first floor side elevation.

RR/2006/1363/P Beech Farm Bungalow, Hawkhurst Road, Sedlescombe

Erection of single storey extension

Parish Council supports approval.
