F07/08.15 To receive councillors' declarations of interests (existence and nature) with regard to items on the agenda. Members are reminded to repeat the declarations when the item is announced by the Chairman.

F07/08.20 To review the half-yearly Statement of Accounts at 30/09/07. [See "Comparison of Actual income & expenditure April-Sept 2007"]

F07/08.21 Initial consideration of Autumn 2007 Residents' Parish Plan consultation results.

F07/08.22 Grant aid to other bodies.

F07/08.23 Parish Council Finances 2007-8 and 2008-9. [See "2008-9 Budget Preparations"] .

  1. To consider questions raised in the Clerk's briefing notes to aid consideration of 2008-9 Budget (pages 11-20).
  2. To approve a revised 2007-8 budget (pages 2-10).
  3. To approve the 2008-9 first draft budget (also pages 2-10).

F07/08.24 Rother review of De La Warr Pavilion Charitable Trust (by 26/10/07). [See Rother briefing paper] Rother has asked parish councils to answer the following questions (other points can be raised as well):

  1. How and to what extent do you think that the De La Warr Pavilion contributes currently to economic, social and/or cultural life?
  2. What is your view of the future value and role of the De La Warr Pavilion.
