CS07/08.42 Speed Guns. PCSOs are being trained to use speed guns and to operate in areas where there are problems. The PCSO cannot give a ticket but a warning letter can be sent. However, they can only be operated in 30 and 40mph speed limits. Winchelsea Speed Watch is starting a Community Speed Watch scheme. They have bought their own speed gun and have received training from Sussex Police and will operate in a similar fashion to the pilot project in Ringmer.
CS07/08.43 Dog Control Orders. PCSOs and Dog Control Orders.
