P08/09.63 Apologies and reasons for absence. Cllr Cameron (ill).
P08/09.64 Declarations of existence and nature of councillor's interests, whether personal or personal/prejudicial, with regard to items on the agenda. No interests declared.
P08/09.65 Public participation session. No public present.
P08/09.66 Minutes. RESOLVED: That the Chairman of the Committee is authorised to sign the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee held on 26/08/08.
P08/09.67 Planning Applications
67.1 RR/2008/2153/P Masters Cottage, The Street, Sedlescombe TN33 0QT. Dropped kerb for access from road to a disabled car parking space. Cllr Mitchell reported on her inspection. RESOLVED: That the Parish Council supports this approval although it would appear to be a very difficult access.
67.2 RR/2008/2454/P , Tollgates, Cripps Corner TN32 5SA. Erection of single storey side extension to provide large family room. Cllr Wheatley reported on her inspection. RESOLVED: That the Parish Council supports this application.
67.3 RR/2008/2528/L and RR/2008/2531/P Beech Farmhouse, Hawkhurst Road, Sedlescombe TN33 0QS. alterations and additions, replacement conservatory and windows/dormers and extension, new access gates and wall/trellis. Cllr Martin reported on his inspection. RESOLVED: That the Parish Council objects to the plans which, if implemented, would result in the over-development of a traditional listed farmhouse. Essential works such as demolition of the conservatory and an appropriate replacement would be supported.

P08/09.69 Result. RR/2008/1676/P Bulmer Lodge, The Green, Sedlescombe. Erection of detached garage with art/hobby room over including addition of dormers. APPROVED BY ROTHER DC.
