Refurbishment, repair and reinstatement works to 3 Manor Cottages including addition of 2 roof lights. Cllr Cameron reported on his inspection. RESOLVED: That the Parish Council supports approval.
83.2Link to RR/2008/2797/P RR/2008/2797/P 17 Park Shaw, Sedlescombe TN33 0PP. Proposed single storey side extension with pitch roof over, including installation of roof lights. Cllr Mitchell reported on her inspection. RESOLVED: That the Parish Council supports approval.
83.3 Link to RR/2008/2680/P RR/2008/2680/P Luffs Farm, Chapel Hill, Sedlescombe TN33 0QX. Conversion of a single storey farm building into a two bedroom holiday let. Cllr Wright reported on her inspection. RESOLVED: That the Parish Council does not object to the proposal but the entrance needs improving and the development should be tied to the house.
83.4 Link to RR/2008/2798/P RR/2008/2798/P Bramlea, Balcombe Green, Sedlescombe TN33 0QL. Garden Shed (retrospective application).Cllr Wheatley reported on her inspection. RESOLVED: That the Parish Council supports approval but asks that permission is restricted to domestic use.
83.5 Link to RR/2008/2945/P RR/2008/2945/P Stream Lane, Sedlescombe - overhead line at, reconductor existing low voltage overhead line. RESOLVED: That the Parish Council has no objection.

P08/09.86 The South East Regional Sustainability Framework. Nothing to report.
P08/09.87 Permitted Development Rights. It was noted that changes to Permitted Development Rights for householder developments came into force on 01/10/08. The criteria for assessing whether planning permission is needed changed significantly. Also included is a new requirement for installation of hard surfacing in front gardens. An interactive guide is available on the Planning Portal.
P08/09.88 Cutting Edges Car Advertising. The Clerk reported that a letter of complaint had been sent to the Parish Council from Mr Llewellyn-Jones regarding the use of a car for advertising Cutting Edges on the A21. He had also written to Rother Planning Department who had written to the owners of the company asking them to stop this practice.
