87.2 RR/2010/2762/P Luffs Farm, Chapel Hill, Sedlescombe TN33 0QX. Conversion of single storey farm building into a 2-bedroom holiday let/annexe. RESOLVED: That the Parish Council supports approval.
87.3 RR/2010/2709/P 1 Suntrap Cottages, Meadow Lane, Sedlescombe. Single storey flat roof extension. Rother Planning had forwarded an amended plan following the Parish Council's objection to the previous design of the extension. RESOLVED: That the Parish Council supports approval of the amended plan.

P10/11.90 Budget Car Company. It appears that no action has been taken by the Company to comply with recent planning refusals. Cars are still being parked for sale on unauthorised land and the storm shelter is still in place despite enforcement action.
