Planning Applications

96.1 RR/2010/2863/P 37 Gorselands, Sedlescombe. Creation of platform in front garden allowing for extra off road parking (part retrospective). RESOLVED: That the Parish Council supports approval.
96.2 RR/2010/2889/P Petley House, Marley Lane, Sedlescombe. Variation of condition 11 imposed on RR/2005/2847/P - to allow for other B2 use and specifically historic vehicle restoration. RESOLVED: That the Parish Council supports approval.
96.3 RR/2010/2890/P 32 Park Shaw, Sedlescombe. Proposed first floor extension. RESOLVED: That the Parish Council supports approval.

P10/11.98 Results. None.
P10/11.99 Permitted development rights in Conservation Areas. It was noted that Sedlescombe's Conservation Area does not have an "Article 4 Direction" placed on it and, therefore, permitted development rights are still applicable. Roof windows can therefore be installed in non-listed properties without having to apply for planning permission. This does not, however, apply to dormer windows. (See Minute P10/11.77.3)
