To receive disclosures of personal and prejudicial interests from Councillors on matters to be considered at the meeting in accordance with the adopted Code of Conduct 2007.

 

P11/12.147 Public participation session. Chairman to ask any members of the public whether they wish to make representation, answer questions or give evidence with regard to items on the agenda. At the Chairman's discretion, the public will be allowed to make their representations etc. at the beginning of the appropriate agenda item, after prejudiced members' participation. The Chairman should inform the public that their names will be recorded and representations etc. minuted.

149.1 RR/2012/417/P Durhamford - land south of Stream Lane, Sedlescombe. Joining together of two ponds on land south of Durhamford.
149.2 RR/2012/529/P Spilstead Oast, Stream Lane, Sedlescombe. Enlargement of existing pond on pasture land.
149.3 RR/2012/459/T 11 Orchard Way, Sedlescombe. 1 large oak tree - crown reduction reducing all branches by approx 8-10 ft.

RR/2010/2762/P Luffs Farm, Chapel Hill, Sedlescombe Single storey farm building to 2 bed holiday let/annexe Approved with conditions

 

P11/12.152 Proposed development at East View Terrace, Sedlescombe. To note that information has been received from Amicus Horizon that development proposals at East View have been amended by reduction of the size of the block of flats to 3 instead of 4 apartments. It is now single storey to the rear of 59 East View Terrace and Amicus Horizon state this will have less impact on their garden space. The revised plan will be for 8 homes. A letter will be sent to local residents.
