C12/13. 61 Apologies and reasons for absence.
C12/13.62 Public participation session. Chairman to ask any members of the public whether they wish to make representation, answer questions or give evidence with regard to items on the agenda. At the Chairman's discretion, the public will be allowed to make their representations etc at a time agreed by the Chairman. The Chairman will inform the public that their names will be recorded and representations etc. minuted.

Minutes. To resolve: That the Chairman of the Council is authorised to sign the Minutes of the Meeting of the Council held on 10 July 2012.
63.1 Matter arising from the Minutes of Meeting held on 10/07/12 - Borrowing approval - to approve Clerk's Report on Financing the MUGA.
C12/13.64 New Code of Conduct for Members. To consider the draft Code and to RESOLVE: That the Code of Conduct 2012 is adopted for Sedlescombe parish councillors. Please note that this is not the Rother District Council Code but is based on the Model produced by the National Association of Local Councils. Parish councils are at liberty to adopt their own code as long as it is in accordance with the requirements contained in the Localism Act 2011.
C12/13.65 Registration of Interests. To guide members through the completion of the Members' Interests Form. These should be completed and returned to the Clerk in time for them to be forwarded to Rother's Monitoring Officer within 28 days. NB The Localism Act now requires that the interest forms are posted on the Rother and Sedlescombe Parish Council websites.
C12/13.66 Amendment of Standing Orders
C12/13.67 Sedlescombe Sportsfield Car Park extension.To receive a report on the financial contribution by the Football Club/Sports Association towards the cost of the work and to make the necessary decisions about the work.
