P12/13.68 Chittlebirch Oast. Following work to the driveway of Chittlebirch Oast, the effect on the bridleway has been checked following two contacts from members of the public expressing concern about the changes. It was found that wood has been stacked against Little Chittlebirch's garage reducing the width of the bridleway to about 2 feet. Reported to East Sussex County Council.
The following agenda item will be taken in closed session and will be attended by members of the Sedlescombe Core Strategy Advisory Committee only.

  1. To receive an update regarding SHLAA approved and rejected sites.
  2. To note the possible effect of development on the School and the Doctors' Surgery.
  3. To consider the plan for the site visits with Roger Comerford on 04/12/12 including confirmation of the time of commencement.
