P12/13.70 To receive apologies and reasons for absence.

Declarations of personal and pecuniary interests from Councillors on matters to be considered at the meeting in accordance with the Code of Conduct 2012.

P12/13.72 Written requests from councillors for dispensation. To note written requests from members of the Planning Committee to the Council for dispensation regarding the Brede Lane development.
P12/13.73 Public participation session. Chairman to ask any members of the public whether they wish to make representation, answer questions or give evidence with regard to items on the agenda. At the Chairman's discretion, the public will be allowed to make their representations etc at a time specified by the Chairman. The Chairman will inform the public that their names will be recorded and representations minuted.

  1. RR/2012/2102/T Asselton House, The Green, Sedlescombe. Remove 7 trees: 1 holly and 1 yew.

  2. RR/2012/2114/P Hurst Cottage, Hurst Lane, Sedlescombe. Replacement dwelling. A parish councillor is the applicant and, therefore, the Parish Council will not be commenting.

  3. RR/2012/2172/P Park View, The Street, Sedlescombe. Variation of condition 14 imposed on RR/2010/1131/P for repositioning of proposed dwellings on plots 2 and 3. Deletion of cart lodge (large) and use smaller one. Revised car parking. [Reason according to application form - to preserve in situ archaeology]. The revised layout is as follows:

  4. RR/2012/2234/P 37 Gorselands, Sedlescombe. Decking to the rear of the property to enable safe access to the garden and to provide an outdoor area for disabled persons to safely access (part retrospective).

Non-material amendment to RR/2012/716/P - retention and refurbishment to the two end garages adjacent to existing property No.35 East View Terrace. Garages to be reroofed, brick clad to match new dwelling, new doors and retaining wall of steel posts and infill sleepers.Amendment to EVT development
