YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO ATTEND THE EXTRAORDINARY MEETING OF SEDLESCOMBE PARISH COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY 27 MAY 2014 AT 18:30

31 To receive apologies for absence.

32 Interests in accordance with the 2012 Code of Conduct

  1. Written requests for dispensation
  2. Declarations of interest from councillors re matters on the agenda.

33 Minutes of Council Meeting. To resolve that the Chairman is authorised to sign the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 13/05/14.

To consider closing the meeting to the public/press.

34 Replacement Parish Clerk/Responsible Financial Officer/Website Manager.

  1. To receive an update from the Chairman and Vice-Chairman.
  2. To agree the appointment of a replacement Parish Clerk/Responsible Financial Officer/Website Manager subject to satisfactory references (if not received before the meeting).

35 Approval of training fees. There is a Society of Local Council Clerks training course at East Grinstead Town Council on Monday 09/06/14 which will give an introduction to local council finance for clerks and RFOs. The cost is £95. To approve attendance at the course if there is a space available and the new Clerk is able to attend.
