    APPROVED CONDITIONAL: Summary: The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plans submitted. The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension shall match in materials, colour and texture to those used in the existing building, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the LPA. The garage/workshop shall be used only for purposes incidental to the occupation and enjoyment of the dwelling as such, and not for any trade or business.
