109 Public participation session re matters on the Agenda at the Chairman's discretion.
Cllr. Glew as Chairman, invited the member of the public present to speak

Mr. Skinner spoken in connection with the current Street Farm Planning Appeal (Item 62.1 on the Agenda). He believed there to be errors in the Proof of Evidence submitted to the Secretary of State by Parish Council. Cllr. Glew advised Mr. Skinner that as the appeal was currently in session Parish Council was not in a position to discuss the appeal but would include his observations for discussion at Parish Council's next meeting on 11th November.

    Proposed Single Storey Extension

    RESOLVED: Parish Council has no objections to this planning proposal
  2. RR/2014/2411/P - Acorn Chalet, Churchland Lane, Sedlescombe
    Proposed extension to garage with formation of ancillary residential accommodation over
    RESOLVED: Parish Council would comment that the description of the proposed works is misleading. The plans, in Parish Council's opinion, show a conversion to form a new dwelling as opposed to an extension to the existing garage. Having taken this into consideration Parish Council does not object to the planning proposal subject to appropriate buidling regulations being applied for a dwelling.
  3. RR/2014/2413/P - Ariel, Churchland Lane, Sedlescombe
    Variation of condition 4 of planning permission RR/2009/2234/P to allow increased period for single occupation by same occupier for up to 11 months in any calendar year.
    RESOLVED: Parish Council has no objections to this planning proposal
