    RESOLVED: Parish council supports this planning proposal.

    RESOLVED: Parish Council has the following observations / concerns:
    The proposed upper floor windows at the gable end will result in a loss of privacy to neighbouring residents in Park Shaw. There is an existing under ground water tank where the planned utility room would be. Block Plan 2014-108/3 - the tree referred to as 'Cherry' is a very large pine.
