Whilst supporting the proposal to bring employment to the area, the Parish Council is very concerned about the additional traffic that this development will bring.  It is essential that work at the A21/Marley Lane junction is undertaken before this building is complete.  This is a very large building and everything possible should be done to screen it in the AONB.  The coppice to the east must be preserved and reinforced especially considering current plans to remove trees at the A21/Marley Lane junction for the pipeline installation.
